They were not well done so I called the store. The IVR picked up but the store employee never did. After about 20 minutes of trying to call, the store was then closed. I called back during business hours and asked if I could speak to a manager to ask if they could replace the wings. The woman said "She doesn't like to do that." That was her resolution. I then asked for an area supervisor to call me back. I was told they would call me back tomorrow. I never received any type of followup call or email.
