- ABAndrew BondiFeb 5, 20262.0I have officially retired from Chipotle. This specific location was out of steak when I went and I only had my choice between chicken and barbacoa. Their chips tasted two days old they were so stale. So much sour cream on my burrito that was all I tasted... and rice. Can't forget the 4:1 rice to protein ratio. But Chipotle as a whole is always out of something crucial, whether it be chips, queso, steak, guac, doesn't matter, they never have everything at the same time. They overload everything with rice so they can go light on the protein, and their new protein marketing campaign makes no sense. Whoever thought of that should be fired. It's not higher protein items, you simply can ask for more of your selected protein in a cup on the side of your meal... for an extra charge... which you could always do before this campaign...
