- MHMatt HopkinsJul 7, 20161.0I can only assume the owners are cheap as they have several posted signs reminding the customer that bathrooms aren't mandatory according to Pennsylvania state law. Message received, we won't come back. By the way, an awful, disgusting porta potty may not be illegal, but it does not make a reasonable substitution. Come on. And if that wasn't enough, they forgot to give me my sundae, which I didn't realize until I left (partially my fault for sure), but it was the cherry on top of a bad experience.
