    Ordered biscuits and sausage and instead got biscuits, sausage and egg. Ordered strawberry jelly and was given grape. Asked for cream and sugar with coffee and none given

    Quick suggestion, when someone requests "extra pickle" on a sandwich, they're not asking for one additional sliver of pickle. The crew was a mess tonight, unsure if it was due to weather, but if I am paying extra for sauces for nuggets I expect "extra pickles" to mean EXTRA PICKLES.

    Is your blood pressure to low? Stop on by, it’ll go up. Not because of the food, but because of the entire “restaurant”. Horrible parking lot layout, horrible traffic patters, an exit in the middle of a crazy busy intersection. Anytime you order you’re asked to pull forward into a spot to wait with 6 other people. “We’re sorry we’re really busy right now” they claim. Every day, any time. When the store caught fire a few years ago they should have done the right thing and bulldozed the lot and replaced it with something better for society…. Like a dmv or tax collection office.

    Edit: i submitted a complaint and got a generic response with no solution. This location no longer exists as far as I'm concerned. Will never spend money here again. 9/10 times I've ordered a BEC bagel with extra sauce and gotten no sauce at all, just a dry bagel. Its inedible for me so I had to drive back to get it made correctly. I also ordered a egg & cheese biscuit and there was no cheese - how do you mess up 3 ingredients? Idk what the issue is, but yall should be making the food consistently, & not according to whatever you like. Going to the other location moving forward.
