  I come here all the time because it is the only coffee place on the way to work. The staff is really nice and helpful but everytime I get my coffee it’s really gross. There are so many grounds at the bottom. I only have a problem with the hot coffee. When I get iced coffee or lattes it’s fine. I don’t know if maybe they need a new coffee pot or something but can someone please do something about it.🙏

  Save your time and money at this Dunkin’ location. The service here is consistently disappointing—especially compared to the nearby one by the high school, where the staff actually gets orders right. I tried ordering a featured iced coffee through the drive-thru, and the employee seemed completely confused about what it even was or how to ring it up. On top of that, my drink rarely comes out correctly (wrong flavors, missing customizations, etc.). I’ve given it multiple chances, but it’s just not worth the hassle. Good luck if you’re thinking of stopping here—consider going elsewhere instead.

  Always out of something. I want a French crueller, they don't have any. I see a sign at the drive thru for a seasonal donut so I ask for that instead ... They don't have it. This happens often at this location. They aren't well stocked. Also I just asked for avacado toast and they refused to make it saying they close in a half hour...? 30 minutes is more than enough time to make a piece of toast with avocado on it...

  Nobody working the register so I had to order through the kiosk and my food was tossed at me with zero verbal communication or really even acknowledgment.

  6 months ago, I would give the place 5 stars. Now I give it 1 star, at first everything was wonderful the food the people. Then the people became rude and agitated to serve the customer. Its no longer a pleasant voice over the mic, it's someone that doesn't like customers. The food seems burnt and you can tell they never clean maybe air fryer or griddle it taste like everything else. Disappointed to say the least, we had spent a lot of money using it frequently before work and it's just a Disappointment.
