I got a call about 7 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up and a voicemail saying they were out of plant based chicken. I showed up to the store as I didn’t see the message or call and the cashier let me know so I asked for a refund. They gave me a refund and all was fine. I had went to order online multiple times since and saw the plant based chicken was no longer an option so I just didn’t order. Today I checked and the plant based chicken was back on their website to order so I placed an online order. I get there and pick it up. Once I got home I noticed there was no plant based chicken in my wrap. Mind you, I pay extra for it. I saw they called me again about 7 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up but this time with no message and they filled my order as it was ready when I got there. I’m super frustrated now since I’ve wasted my time and money now twice due to something not being available still being on their online ordering. I called the store and no one answered so I left a message and I guess I’ll wait to see if they actually call back. I wouldn’t have ordered had I known they were out of that protein option as that is the majority of the wrap. Will not be using this location again. I’ve never had an issue at any other Tropical Smoothie location.
