  Went in to order a meatball fl and a footlong nacho first thing I noticed nobody wearing hats employee has long hair that goes down to her butt. Second bread was so stale when he sliced it open it was breaking immediately.Third when it came to the nacho fl he didn't add the rotisserie heated my nacho chips without the meat and cheese processed to ask his cowork lady to cut veggies for nacho fl she literally pulled 2 tomatoes sliced them on their dirty white cutting boards that clearly had black imprint mold in their boards completely unsanitary. When I ask for them to please sliced them freshly in a deli paper and please give me to proper amount of tomatoes that do come with the nacho fl,the guy became mad ask what my problem was pushes the tomatoes she cut right back into the bin she took it out from same with the onion's. Then he forgot my meat and cheese again and tried to retoast my nacho fl for a 3rd time.when he went to ring up I just couldn't and walked out .I have no idea on how this place even passed inspection no hair nets or hats slicing boards had deep black mold imprinted in them. Both attitudes were very unprofessional and just so dirty. Funny part about this I was literally wearing my Subway work shirt from another location talk about cheating on your place of work. I will never eat at another subway only at my own location is where I will eat from this day forward. Why because I know my location is extremely clean so clean you can eat off the floors.

  Worlds Slowest Subway Employee works here, I swear, actually took him 10 mins to make 2 subs

  I ordered a Tuna Footlong sub online through the app for pickup and received the most pathetic sub with essentially no toppings and tuna. I even specifically put the "more" option, but ironically received less. When I went inside the pickup my sub, I said, "Thank you" and "Have a great day" and the guy responded both times with "yeah." If you're going to screw someone over at least be nice about it lol. Definitely would not recommend this location!

  Staff could be friendlier to their local customers. The owners are "give me your money, here is your sandwich." . If you choose to eat at Shrewsbury Commons, go to EMERALD GARDEN, SAMURAI or ECHO FRESCO. These have GRACIOUS PORTIONS, EXCELLENT FOOD, AND CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID this SUBWAY. This restaurant does not deserve your business.
