When I address the issue with the cashier she caught a attitude with me even tho the cook herself agreed that it was made incorrectly and it wasn’t suppose to be on my tray

I stood there for 20 minutes while customers came in and used the kiosk to place their own order and ended up being served, while i was never even acknowledged. I was paying cash so I couldn't use the kiosk. The manager on duty walked past me twelve times and didn't think to ask if I wanted to place my order. These people need training refreshers. What a joke.

If I wanted to have to check my order before I leave I might as well go to Burger King and sit there for 30 mins just for them not to get the order correct.
