I remember on one occasion ordering on the app approx. 45 minutes before arriving, and when I had gotten there I had to wait an additional 30 minutes in their "reserved mobile order parking". I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've ordered from here and DIDN'T have to park and wait for my food, including days where business is slower than normal. Several times the staff were inattentive and too busy joking with each other to pay attention when I was speaking with them at the drive-thru window. The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's so no complaints there, but the service is consistently abhorrent.

There were only 4 other customers in there and all my group ordered was food for 3 people. Other than that, they were locking the doors at 9pm despite the closing time being 11.

Then the food was cold (ordered at 11:26AM the start of lunch) and the big mac, they threw a kids meal patty in place of another big mac meat patty. Total rip off, avoid this location at all costs.
