Five Guys was always expensive, but the value proposition is simply gone. Over $50 for two people now, and the portions have shrunk. Tiny burgers, and 'large fries' that are nothing like what Five Guys of the past delivered. That said, the location is clean. Others have complained of inaccurate orders or rude staff, but I have never encountered either at this location.

The employee taking our order named Paul Christopher was a sweetie pie. (Picture of him taking our order below)

Food is good. That's the only positive about this location. If you want to be insulted, visit this location. I've visited this place maybe 3 times within the past few weeks for milkshakes. The first time, a manager rung me up, gave me my order number, and told me they would get to my order when they had the chance. Sure okay. So I'm standing next to the counter where the milkshakes are placed out, minding my own business. Instead of calling out my order number like a normal human being, he just starts yelling "Sir, sir, SIR!" Like I'm supposed to know who he's referring to. I look at him and then he just points at the milkshakes. I can't make this up. It was something out of a cartoon. Now the second time I went to pick up milkshakes, there was a different manager and a taller skinny blonde kid took my order. He was very polite professional. I had a nice interaction with him. The last time which was yesterday, A shorter kid with short blonde hair and glasses tried to take my order. I gave my order, in my normal tone of voice, and for the only time in my life this guy says abrasively "You're going to need to speak up, buddy". So I yelled my order at him. For whatever reason this satisfied him. He barely apologized. The overall atmosphere is one of apathy. No one seems to care about their job (except for a taller young blond kid, he was kind) So for any future customers, you're going to have to yell your order at the cashier and obsessively stare at the counter where they drop orders off because no one can list off order numbers even though they give it to you for some reason.

Looks like no one cares about their job here at Five Guys. The one taking our order was looking around, not paying attention to us. Very disturbing and rude. The large size fries used to fill half of the bag. Not anymore. There were barely enough to fill the bottom of the bag. Never coming back here. After contacting the owner I received nothing. They requested the receipt, which I provided the only one we received, then nothing else. It’s very disappointing that they don’t care about their customers. I have all the info they need if they would only reach out to me. I had been checking my email daily but nothing. I hope no one else has this kind of experience. Very upsetting that customer service is so bad.

Not my first visit here but likely the last at this location. Service has been worsening while the prices skyrocket. Over $20 for a burger and a shake. The employee taking orders didn’t know his own menu and tried to tell me they didn’t have a certain flavor of shake. When I pointed to it on the menu above his head he suddenly found it. Then comes the food. The shake shows up only 3/4 full. The burger was missing nearly every topping. No cheese, no ketchup, no a1. Just dry patties and a tiny amount of bacon. At least they remembered the onions. Not the first time with issues with this location either. I’ll stick to others that have better trained staff.
