And I visit quite a few in many different places in MD, PA, DE, VA, etc. While the staff was friendly and hard-working they seemed overwhelmed by the drive thru traffic. They were short staffed and had multiple staff in training. I was not greeted or even acknowledged at the order counter. I had to make myself known after a considerable wait. I don't blame the employees, but management and owner need to re-evaluate their staffing. The women's bathroom has NO running water...at all! My drink was fine, and the staff was courteous when finally fulfilling my small order.

I received my coffee quickly but after 10 minutes of waiting for my 4 doughnuts a older woman and her grandkids came in ordered ice cream a refresher and a dozen donuts. They got everything before I received my 4 donuts. Told the cashier to throw my ticket away. Didn't ask for a refund just walked out.
