- KRKei RiveraOct 3, 20251.0Horrible customer service, some of them are just rude. Second time having the same girl with a low haircut make my bowl and she’s very sloppy with making the bowl. First time she dropped the guac out the bowl and scooped it up with her hand and spoon and put it in the trash charged me $20. 2nd time she made the bowl once again sloppy and over did it with the guac (like who needs all that) charged me about $15 for the same exact thing. Made no sense. Then she looks at you like your dumb. Do not recommend this chipotle!!!!

Whoever is working the kitchen is putting way too much salt on everything and I can barely get through 1/4 of my bowl. It’s a shame because this was becoming my favorite location again. Just use less salt folks! Everything else is great.

The inconsistent portion size is maddening as well. Is it really that difficult to use actual measuring cups rather than whatever the person filling your order decides is enough. Get new management and learn how to train people. This place is a joke. Make American Service Great Again!

The food portions were extremely small and when ordering, the food bins/area looked disgustingly dirty. It's pretty obvious in this restaurant that no one cares. There are plenty of restaurants now in Shrewsbury.....won't be visiting this one again.
