I got (and paid for) extra cheese on my sandwich, it wasn’t there and same with the last 5 times. Then I also ordered an iced coffee the same way I always do and no other Dunkin has a problem making it, But today it was horrible, either they gave me espresso by accident or something but I’ve eaten dirt that tastes better than this. Plus the one time I went to get my order fixed the manager or owner (idk who) just dismissed me. Other than that the employees are all very nice, just can’t believe how you can mess up a simple order 6 times in a row.
