    The shippensburg location suck. Been there twice and my food was cold and chicken burned 🔥 😩

    This location is disappointing. I went twice and both times my burrito bowl was a goopy mess. It makes me nervous to even ask for sour cream. It is very disappointing. I was looking forward to having a chipotle in town. But I feel as though the owner of this franchise does not care about good quality service.

    Best chipolte of all time portions are actually big and they don’t cheat you. Workers are always a vibe chillest people ever love it!

    Very disappointed 😞 I love Chipotle and it's usually great food but this was my first time at the Shippensburg location and it was nothing like others I've been to. Portions small, barely put toppings on, meat fatty. My meal was mostly rice.

    Despite the fact that their hiring practices are bad, The food wasn't that well made, the employees seemed more content with fraternizing and goofing off than with helping guess that's what you get when you hire mostly nothing but high school and college kids.
