My mother was eating the replacement pizza and pulled out a long strand consistent with hair from one slice. Only that slice had been touched. After calling the store a second time, the interaction with management was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was placed on hold and then contacted from a different number rather than the store line, and I was accused of being dishonest instead of the issue being addressed. I offered to return the pizza in person, which I did later that evening. Despite the circumstances and the repeated food issue, I was not given a full refund for the order. At that point, my family no longer felt comfortable consuming the food. This experience raised serious concerns about both food handling and how customer issues are managed.
