Specifically in the evening, they seem to be under staffed or poorly trained as the drive thru line takes 15-25 minutes on multiple occasions after 8pm. Workers should not be dealing with customers at the window if they cannot be polite and speak to customers. I’ve had multiple occurrences of a worker being rude or literally not even saying a word to me as they open the window and just shove my food out of it. This used to be my favorite location, but in the last couple of years it’s really gone downhill. Not to mention! I’ve had them mess up specific details of an order also. Pure carelessness. And a worker even “apologized” to me once, her words, “sorry i’m just dumb”.

And threatened to trespass me because I was asking for someone at the front counter after waiting for TEN MINUTES I was getting just a soda. SMH dont come here to have a good experience.
