Marjorie was our server tonight for a group I was in. She was wonderful!! She was very prompt with everything we asked for!! Best service I’ve had in quite awhile anywhere. You are lucky to have her

The place was kind of cool. We went to the original restaurant in Sharon Ohio. It needs a good cleaning. Our table (wood) was sticky and floors were dirty. The theme is nice. Probably won't go again though.

Service was fast and friendly, the atmosphere was cool. They had rock n roll bingo going on and that was fun while we were waiting for dinner. The food was average but overall experience was very good.

Simpler to share the email I sent to management: Our family tradition for many decades has been to visit Kraynak’s, stop at Daffins, and then eat at the Lube every Easter and every Christmas season. Twice per year we make the trip of more than an hour to enjoy these three stops. We are on the fourth generation of this tradition, and witnessed the quality of the Lube erode slowly over time. It has now finally eroded beyond our lowered expectations to the point of being unacceptable. We will still make the trip, and visit Kraynak’s, and Daddin’s however, we will no longer stop at the Lube. The quality of service (both table side and food worthiness) have declined, simultaneously with the value of our money being spent at your restaurant. Twice each year we spend no less than $150, plus a heavy tip (as a former food server I appreciate the work more than most), and as I sit here at one of your tables, more than an hour after we ordered our main courses, still without our food, and your restaurant is not busy at all! Even while waiting for an extended period (again, more than an hour) of time for food that is yet to arrive, we’ve only had two visits from our server. While spending this significant amount of time in your facility, we’ve had plenty of time to watch your staff eat while preparing food for customers, spend time on their phones rather than be attentive to your customers, and so on. This establishment has gone to the crapper, and we will not be back. You can count on a rather less than glamorous review, as it is appropriate to let others know in advance that this place no longer is worth the stop. When I asked the manager to bring the food that was ready, so the others at the table could eat, my granddaughter was presented with a Cheeseburger kids meal that makes a Crapdonalds happy meal look like high dining. The overcooked hockey puck on a smashed and stale bun with cold and soggy fries would make the McDonald brothers roll in their graves. I’d be ashamed to be affiliated with a restaurant of this caliber.
