Jason Is such a hard worker so friendly and always make sure to tell me thank you and have a good day. Natalie is the absolute sweetest! when those two are working. I know I’m going to get a perfect sub and Amazing customer service those two make an awesome team and truly are an asset to the company. The owners of this Subway® are Just as amazing! very friendly people the restaurant is clean and the food is fantastic. I recommend this Subway® over all of the others! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was ordering sandwiches for my family and in the middle of my order she tries to take care of the lady behind me. I told her I still had another sandwich. She never asked me if I needed more or not. Just jumped to the next person. The lady taking my order got snippy when I told her I had one more sandwich to get. Well honey found out I'm not the one. She asked me three times what cheese I wanted. When my daughter was making her sandwich, she told the lady at least twice what cheese she wanted. After finishing my order, then she finally asks if I had anymore sandwiches. Then she looks at the lady behind me and said "okay ma'am, I guess I can take you now" while giggling. The lettuce was brown. The spinach looked wilted. All of these subway stores in the shenango valley give horrible customer service. What used to be our favorite place to eat, have turned into the worst.
