Food was very good but rather pricey because they charge extra for everything. Waitress was pretty bad, never took anything off table even after we ordered waters she left they empty drinks the whole time and the appetizer plate even though it was empty it stayed on table the whole meal.

The tinsel bar was decorated beautifully! We didn't stay due to no bar staff and no alcohol. I am not sure why this wasn't managed properly. We were looking forward to spending some time here.
I loved the decorations! They really out did themselves in that department. I would hope to come back next year to better circumstances.

Went there with my family today. The food was over the top in taste! The fries were so gooood. 😋 The waitress was very polite, the wait for our food was quick and the over all experience was perfect.

Went there after a visit to Kraynaks, which we do twice a year. Chose to go on a Monday so the waits at both places would be shorter. I love this trip as it brings me back to my childhood when my parents would take us to both places.
Well this time was absolutely horrible. They sat us in a booth with a vent above it and we froze the entire time. Had to eat with our coats on. The food took over an hour to get and it wasn't very busy. My burger had the wrong toppings on it, bun was toasted and I do not like toasted buns. Was never asked if I wanted my bun toasted. The waitress, was non existent and asked if I would like another burger with the correct toppings, but I declined as I wasn't going to wait another hour for it. As cold as it was, the ice was completely melted when the food finally arrived, and was never asked to have are drinks freshened up. I own and manage a bar and would gladly tip 30% for even mediocre service, but the entire experience was horrible. My son really wanted a Hot cookie for desert, but once again I wasn't waiting for anymore food. Its also expensive, but I guess so is everywhere these days.
This was my last time eating there. Its time to start a new tradition with my family and leave this one in the past. Not that familiar with the area, so I will do some research and start a new trend this easter when it's time to go back to kraynaks.
