Just used the app to order. Drive through line was only 4 cars. Ordered at 11:31am. Just got to the window at 11:45... then was told to go park and wait.. my order.. 2 mcchickens and a coke.. not acceptable

I went their today for a quick bit to eat but it turned into a no food ordeal. Placed our orders at around 4:15, and not a lot of people where inside nor in the drive thru. We waited and waited, others got their food but not us. We asked after standing for 25 minutes and they said "sorry we cant do anything, my best course of action is to wait till its done." That response shocked me, so we waited about another 10 minute and watched yet again other people get their food before us. We finally took the loss and just got a refund because that was literally ridiculous and very unprofessional.

This McDonald’s is terrible. The staff Are incapable Of time management and prioritization, which results in 15 minute wait times In a drive-through. Absolutely unacceptable. They are incredibly rude and the food is almost always cold and the ice melted in my drink by the time I get it. The food is thrown together, as if they throw it at a wall. This location needs to be closed and forgotten. It’s a lost cause.
