  Had me sit for 15 minutes to forget about my order and then wouldn't give my food or a refund. Wouldn't recommend coming here ever

  If I could rate 0 stars I would, half of the staff was rude, minus a few. And I get home, finally start my meal only to find an entire soggy paper towel in my cup, as someone who used to work in fast food I understand accident happen, however theres logically no way you accidentally put an entire paper towel in a drink. Im very upset and unsatisfied, I drank paper towel, and have no idea where it’s been. Absolutely disgusting. I have no way of returning as it’s not near home, I am very disappointed.

  Extremely slow. Always takes FOREVER. They pull literally every single car in the drive through like they don’t ever have shit ready. I’ve sat at the speaker as they literally have every car hold them nobody says anything for 5-10 minutes. You can spend 30-45 minutes in the drive thru line. Absolutely terrible. Will not be coming back anymore.

  Always slowwwwwwwww. Today I tried to go through the drive through and the drive through employee was outside smoking. No one else inside would help me and she wanted to finish her cigarette before she would help me. I used to smoke and have worked in fast food, there were days I didn’t get cigarette breaks. That’s just the way it goes when you have a job. But when I want to grab my daughter fast food on my way to a doctors appointment and you expect me to wait for you to finish your cigarette, that’s unacceptable. This McDonald’s is horrible and this was the last straw.
