  Asked for French vanilla ice coffee with cream and sugar, when i arrived at work order was incomplete. Coffee wasn't right and no napkins in the bag. There always an issue at this location.

  Ordered specific items through the app, went through the drive through, they didn’t say anything about not having all the items. Disappointed service… should’ve went to another location that actually cares.

  Worst Dunkin I’ve been too. Staff is rude, bathroom is broken apparently, and just nasty in here. Atmosphere is also terrible.

  I gave this place two chances I went in the one time asked to use the bathroom and was told I was not allowed to use the bathroom even if I was a customer so I chose not to go in; then I gave them another shot. Pre-ordered my coffee walked in 10 minutes later, still did not have my coffee they were only really concerned about drive-through waited around another five minutes.still no coffee. Told them I had to leave. Still no coffee. Came back 25 minutes later my coffee still was not made. This place is horrible.
