  Very clean dining area, friendly staff and service, food is hot and fresh. Restrooms are also very clean. Furniture and decor are offering a warm friendly atmosphere. One of the very few McDonald restaurants I would put a rating on.

  As always, a bad experience at this location. Don't bother with their curbside pick up. Every time I have ever ordered curbside here I have waited more than 15 minutes from the time I check in until the food actually comes out. Today I waited 24 minutes for my food to come out cold, missing 1 drink, 1 burger and an incorrect side in my kid's meal. Instead of going in, we circled the drive through to address the issues in our order. They had us pull ahead and wait for the corrections to be made. We waited there for an additional 15 minutes.

  Total time spent waiting on food: 40 minutes! I ordered at 1:37 At 1:55 half of my order came out missing my children's happy meals. I was told they would be right back out with them. At 2:10 I tried calling in not wanting to drag my 2 kids in with me just for the meals after having already waited that additional 15 minutes for them. No answer so I got both my small children out of the car (35°F) to take into the building. Happy meals still were not ready and I stood being ignored at the counter while 3 employees spoke to 1 woman then walked away without a word to me. Yes, I was angry and left it known. I just spent over a half hour waiting on our order. They asked what was missing, threw it together and we walked back out to discover they didn't even listen to the order. So back in we went for them to fix the error, swapping burgers for nuggets. At 2:20 we finally left with all of our correct meals.

  The food was okay per se. It was the lack of food and wrong food that I'd like to complain about. I used the app and went down to pick it up curbside. It took 15 minutes to get there, then after signing in, it took them almost 40 minutes to bring out my food. I was buying for my sister, my daughter and my two granddaughters (as well as myself) and spent $50, which I rarely do because I can't afford it. When I got home, I found that both Happy Meals were missing their drinks, the Grinch Meal was missing the sauces for the nuggets (now, I wont eat the nuggets without the sauce) and one of the large drinks was wrong (now my sister doesn't have a drink because she doesn't like Dr. Pepper). I'm thoroughly disappointed in this order. I might add that when the two associates brought the meals out to me, there was no interaction between them and myself. They didn't even look at me so even if I had known of all the errors at the time, they never gave me the opportunity to address them as they were too busy chatting with one another. There weren't even any responses to the several "thank yous" that I had offered. Really a very cold transaction.
