Again they don't pay attention to your order. A plain cheeseburger is plain meat cheese and bun that's it plain. Not pickles onions mustard and ketchup. How hard is it to read a screen and follow directions?

The food here is very inconsistent—some days the fries are perfectly salted, other days there isn’t a speck of salt on them. The soda fountain also seems to be constantly out of syrup. The drive-through is always extremely slow, but if you go inside, you usually get your food right away. Overall, it works as a last resort for a meal, but there are definitely better options nearby.

I wish I was able to give this McDonald’s a zero star they have poor customer service, no ambition and actually gives lip when they mess up on the order. Horrible horrible horrible. If you don't like your job get a new one. I ordered on my app and they got mad at me because there screen didn't show my order

I had a very unpleasant experience at McDonald's last night. Totally unexpected I still can't believe it. I have never lived anything like that. Not sure what did I do to deserve such a terrible treatment. I was happy and enjoying the night out. Finally free my schedule to meet with a friend at Riverside Greenspace Theater in Lewisburg. Afterwards I decided to stop for a last treat to top it off with a m&m Sunday and French fries. What a mistake.
I placed my order in the drive thru, pay in the 2nd window and waited for my food patiently. I noticed the ice cream was already on the counter but didn't say nothing. The employee went to grab the bag with the fries. Handed me the fries first and then the Sunday. I reminded her about the m&m thinking she forgot. Because they weren't visible, No big deal. But she ensure me that they were in there and was firm about it. I drove around to park and enjoy my treat. Right away I opened the door poured the liquid ice cream from the top on the ground, searched for the candy and only found one piece, also noticed the fries weren't hot. I went back in the drive thru and told her that my ice cream was too liquid and should be frozen to please give me another one. She took it and came back with who I believe was maybe a manager. This second woman wasn't nice. She had an attitude and tried to give me back the cup and said that it wasn't like that when I received it to take it and leave or she will call the cops. I tried to explain that I haven't left the premises that I only drove around to parked. She knew that because saw me but that didn't make her change her perspective. I was surprised with the way things were happening. Am not sure why I was being treated like a problematic customer. I'm still shocked about all this. Aware of the situation I requested a refund, and didn't accept the already melted ice cream back. For a moment I fear she was going to cover my face with ice cream. She refused and close the window once more. I can see them talking and when they were done. The no so nice manager handed me a new receipt and half of the money. Once more asked me to leave and continue threatening to call the cops. I couldn't believe I was going through such a nightmare. I left as requested. And toss the fries. Because now I had no use or need for them. And they were cold from the beginning anyway. I didn't complained about it to avoid making the situation worse.
That experience ruined my night. I got very emotional afterwards and cried all the way home. I even stopped the car a few times and ended up with a headache. Nobody has the right to mistreat anyone. There was no need for the situation to turn in that direction. I understand that they deal with lots of customers and that are probably used to bad outcomes.
I personally treat people with kindness and respect. I did not deserve none of this. I wasn't trying to start trouble at all. I was calm, I never raised my voice. I really just wanted to enjoy a sweet treat because all I do is work. I'm so sad, confused, disappointed and upset. This was totally unnecessary. I hope this young employees receive a better training and improve his problem solving skills. For everyone sakes and their own futures. I wanted to send this message privately directly to an email but I couldn't find one.
