She hit me with “take it up with DoorDash” like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job, even after I told her the name on the order and how long I’d been sitting there waiting. The attitude was disrespectful, rude and honestly embarrassing on their part. I’ve never seen customer service this lazy in my 38 years. I don’t recommend ordering from this location on Saturday mornings unless you enjoy being ignored.

I had an 8 hour drive home and figured I'd get a drink and food to hold me over. I walked in and stood at the cash for close to 5 minutes without any acknowledgement from any of the 4 (maybe 5) employees behind the counter. There weren't any other customers wanting to place orders. Only one car in the drive-thru and mobile orders were being picked up. I have never ever had an experience like this at other businesses of the same nature. EVER. Zero greeting or facial expressions for that matter. Horrible. I spent my money elsewhere. Do better.
