  I had a frustrating experience at McDonald's today. I placed my order using the self-service screen and then went to the counter to pay, but no one came to assist me. I waited for more than 5 minutes, and despite several employees being around, no one acknowledged me or responded. I even noticed a couple of other customers leave because they were also being ignored. The lack of attention and customer service was really disappointing. I hope this location improves its responsiveness and customer experience.

  Besides, waiting over an hour for 3 happy meals. The manager had long blonde hair and was swinging it around as he was moving. All around everyone's food and cursing and making complaints that people were making. So many orders right before Easter, Sunday. On top of that, none of the happy meals had the 6 piece nuggets, I had to go back in and get and no sauces

  The food tastes good the employees are nice. My only issue is I was just there they were busy I ordered on the app. I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget and I only got eight. I would have gone back but I had to be somewhere.

  Literally gave me half of a shamrock shake. The whip cream doesn't even reach the top of the cup, let alone the lid.
