Nice furniture and very comfy chairs, however from the front door, to the floors and tables were not clean.
It was one cashier, one server and two people bagging. One of them could have been tending to the cleanliness of the establishment.
I ordered two smash burgers and a gyro platter. They still seemed to mess up the order.
Smash burgers and fries…I’ve had better at five guys, much less Burger King.
I personally won’t be back, I tried it and it’s a no for me.
For my first day here to check out the place every table was dirty near the fountain drink area was dirty tables had food fingerprints all over it. You had like three counter people working no one assisted on the atmosphere until I started speaking about it. This is very poor for a store. I just openand I will be adding the photos.

I tried both dine-in and takeout on my visit. I ate there first, then used the app to order food for my kids at home. The food was very good — I really enjoyed the chicken over rice! For the kids, I ordered sliders and fries for four of them. It was a mixed review at home: two absolutely loved it, while the other two thought the fries weren’t their favorite but said the chicken was delicious. Overall, a great first experience, and I’m glad to see this new spot open up!

Saw ads for this new restaurant and since my partner and I love halal food, we had to try it. Fairly striking decor. Chairs are cushy but kinda uncomfortable. You can order at a kiosk or at the counter. Very good selection of items with decent prices. Here's where the experience falls apart though. According to the kiosk, you are supposed to receive a text when the order is ready. Although we were sitting right in front of the counter, I never heard them call my name nor did I receive a text to let me know my food was ready. Eventually after seeing folks who ordered after us getting food, I went to the counter to see what happened. Not only was my food sitting there waiting, I had to show the cashier I had paid for drinks since they weren't provided. To the food itself... The portions are good, but definitely not the biggest for local halal eateries. Halal Brothers by Geisinger earns that hands down. Still, the platters are large enough to share. The onion rings are a bit of a disappointment since they are minced and not actual onions. I had a lamb gyro which was amazing, but oddly priced the same as the plate my partner had (combo over rice) which was easily twice as much food. The lemonade tastes great, but small glass. The berry one is strawberry overload! It's new and worth giving a shot, but I probably won't visit often. Oh, as a strange aside... You can get your protein over Mac and cheese. They also sell smash burgers.

I recently visited Sizzling Bites in Scranton, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. They just opened, and everything from the food to the overall experience was top-tier. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly you can tell a lot of care and quality goes into every order. Portions were generous, and everything tasted amazing from the first bite to the last.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The restaurant itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a great spot to dine in or grab food to go. Another big plus is the plenty of parking space, which makes stopping by super easy and stress free.
I’m really happy to see a place like this open in Scranton. If you’re looking for delicious halal food with great service and convenient parking, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend Sizzling Bites I’ll for sure be coming back again!
