However, the quality of their bagels often fails to meet expectations, especially as their name would lead you to hope otherwise. On several occasions, the bagels have lacked freshness, and the afternoon is often slim pickins'. Additionally, the portioning of the breakfast sandwiches, such as the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese bagel, tends to be modest in comparison to the price point. You only get a thin layer of egg and a sparse amount of bacon and cheese that leave the sandwich feeling somewhat incomplete. While the atmosphere and service are usually pleasant, the value and consistency of the food could benefit from improvement, especially given the pricing.

However, I Recently attempted to visit here recently with my Fiancé, but we were unable as you aren't able to access it unless you are affiliated with the University of Scranton/Have an access card for the building, was disappointed!
