I don't like going inside where it's small and very packed to the point where you can be standing at the counter for awhile before someone actually notices you. I think they prefer for you to actually use the kiosks that they have set up everywhere and not the actual service counter because no one is in a rush to serve you at the counter and I learned that pretty fast and that's why I will always go through the drive thru cause the wait inside can be pretty long..

I stood in the store unattended and unassisted for several minutes while waiting for help. During that time, a donut my grandmother wanted was taken and given to the drive-thru window, even after I clearly stated that we had been waiting for it. When I spoke up, Jessica responded curtly, saying that it “goes to the window,” and made no effort to apologize, explain further, or offer an alternative. The interaction felt dismissive and lacking in basic courtesy, especially considering a child was involved. Customer service should involve attentiveness, kindness, and a willingness to resolve issues even small ones. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I believe this situation could have been handled much better with a more respectful attitude and proper customer service training. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a more positive experience
