When I told the girl at the food counter that wasn’t what I ordered and I ordered the loaded hash browns (girl at the counter confirmed my order back to me) the girl at the food counter said I’d need to pay for the loaded hash browns, when I told her I already did she gave me an attitude and said “I didn’t take your order”, I stated “yall need to listen better” bc I was there the day before and they had to refund me part of my order bc they ran out of matcha, which was fine I just went to another Dunkin. However this girl yesterday was extremely rude, to the point I will NEVER be choosing Dunkin again. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve had issues with an employee having an attitude. Another time an employee took pictures of me out with a friend at a Dunkin’ Donuts on Scranton Carbondale highway and sent them to my abusive ex who I filed a pfa on to tell him where I was. Absolutely disgusting employee behavior.

I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or the service just isn’t good, but it’s impossible to get your order on time. This morning my coffee wasn’t good and they gave me my food frozen. But because it took so long to get my order, I couldn’t stay to ask it to be fixed. So disappointed.
