I'll be right with you guys she look like you're setting up okay. Then I noticed she got a person a drink another person a drink two other people who just walked in the door 10 minutes after we got seated got drinks and then two other people who just walk through the door. They knew by name got drinks. We sat there for 20 minutes no one came for a drink order so we got up to leave just then she comes running over to go. Oh I was just getting to you guys. No, you weren't. You were getting everyone else besides us. There's 10 people in this entire restaurant. Three servers and two supervisors and you let two individuals sit without a drink order for more than 20 minutes. That's an epic failure some higher-ups need to take a look at this. This was horrendous And probably explains why at 7:00 on a Saturday night there were only 12 customers, and two customers weren't even being taken care of.

I looked around the corner and an employee was trying to figure out why the customer she was speaking to didn't get her order yet. After she hung up I told her we'd like to watch the football and sit in a booth. She left and came back a short while later saying "the bartender says I can sit you at a booth." We were not served even after 10 minutes. My husband and I decided to just to go sit at the bar, get a drink while we watched SNF then leave. We went to sit at the bar and it WAS DISGUSTING!! OSHA needs to visit that cesspool. There we so many empty dirty glasses everywhere. Yuck!! The two employees who looked like they were supposed to be working just sat at a table chatting and pushing a little manuel carpet cleaner once in a while. If Buffalo Wild Wings is paying them then probably look at your cameras and hire new employees who care about customer service. Yes we left. It's the grossest establishment I've ever been to. Only reason I gave it one star is to write this review. I wish I'd taken photos.
