  We drove 45 minutes to this location to pick up food and take to our mother’s house as a treat. Literally five minutes from the location. We arrived to open up ice cold food. The wings were rock solid the fries were ice cold and hard they forgot our burger and fries and sauces. What a waste of money and time! And what a disappointment. We did not spend a little of money either so for what we spent I really wish the experience could have been better! Never again. If you are going to eat here try done in and let me know how that goes because I won’t waste another second. Bought dinner for eight.

  Worst restaurant experience of my life. I WISH I could give ZERO stars. And I'm a very understanding and forgiving person with restaurants having my husbandand I work in the field... We were sat, we waited forever for our drinks. We ordered our appetizer of onion wings, and our food. 25+ minutes and we never got our appetizer. 30+ minutes we finally saw the server, and the man brought our food. The server never gave us silverware or napkins, I had to flag another server down to ask. They forgot our appetizer, and my sons food was wrong. I asked for them to fix it, 20+ minutes and they never brought it, so I just had my son eat my dinner. My husband had a side of tater tots that he never got. At that point I flagged the server and asked for the check. I had to ask for the onion rings, and childs food taken off, I didn't even realize my husband never got his tots. So I accidentally paid for those. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. What a waste of $60.00.

  The place wasn't busy, 1:30 Tuesday afternoon, when we walked to our table the floor beside our table looked like someone had a food fight....should have been my first hint. The waitress brought me someone else's wings and cold fries. When she brought me the wings I ordered, half of my order was so overcooked I could have used them to hammer nails. Our waitress disappeared for 20+ minutes. When she finally returned, I told her the wings were inedible. Her response: "What would you like me to do about it?" She did get the manager to waive the charge, but he never came to my table and the comment on the bill was that "the customer didn't like them". Any decent manager would want to know why.

  This place is just that much worse everytime we go. $60 for lunch and the only thing immediately edible was the cheeseburger. The onion rings were undercooked, the loaded tator tots were burnt outside with a tiny piece of frozen cheese in the middle and the boneless wings were, at best, room temperature and the sauce was refrigerator cold. The waitress offered to get the manager but they never came over. I only went because they advertised a brown sugar heat sauce but I was told that don't have it and will not get it in, so add false advertising. Go somewhere else!

  Burned my tater tots and half my fries (the latter of which they gave me "accidentally"), my triple bacon burger was only a double, they took forever to seat us, and forever to take our drink orders. If you're thinking it's because they're probably be busy, you'd be correct, except for the fact that they also took forever the first time I came here in person, and there were only 1 or 2 other tables, and I had only 1 person with me. Then the staff gave attitude and acted snobby as if our presence annoyed them (that first time)
