  Very nasty night "manager" as she wanted to call herself. Attitude from the minute we pulled up to the speaker. If you don't want to do your job then find something better. Dunkin is not a career sweetheart. But with the attitude she has all she will ever do is fast food. Pour customer service. If you call to complain they call back and leave threatening voicemails from private numbers. And of course the drinks were not made corrently either. Will be making a formal complaint with the corporate office.

  Very rude every time *I HAVE TO* go there they have very bad service very unprofessional service and people I ask no ice they say we need to put ice since when? How come any other Dunkin accepts it? And never have I got any drink good! One time they threw her phone off!!!! Yeah. And one time also they yelled at them through the mike! I don’t believe how they can just do this even tho that’s the only job they got and without this money they ain’t paying their bills. Cheap people and they act this way!

  I was here yesterday and ordered a medium mocha iced coffee. I paid for it with debit and it was literally only $3.70 cents and I chose the “no tip” option and then I put like 60 cents in the tip cup because I didn’t have much and that was even more than 15 percent… The kid who took my order, didn’t make my drink at all and I really believe it’s because I chose “no tip” I waited almost 15 minutes for my iced coffee… 15 MINUTES. The kid literally made 3 other people iced coffees and I ordered way before them…… so, then the manager (I presume) made it after I complained because I’d been waiting so long…::A lot of teens working there (not unusual) but this place needs better management because that type of behavior is disgusting. And when he made my drink, that was also disgusting, not stirred, seems like there was more mocha, cream and sugar and hardly any iced coffee. I didn’t taste one bit of coffee actually. What a waste of time and money. I am losing hope is humanity. People need to be better…..

  I placed an online order on the app for the wrong location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I went into the store and the manager assisted me quickly with a smile. It was a very clean and pleasant atmosphere.

  My daily stop headed into work. I place my order ahead for pickup and it's always ready to go when I get there busy or not. This location is a very high travelled area so if you are going in to order at the counter expect to wait. I would recommend the on the go order in the app to pick up your items quickly. The drive thru is always wrapped around so be prepared to wait a little. Staff is great, they always take care of me and my order is always made very well . This is one of my favorite locations to go to.
