  I had ordered online, and opted for doordash delivery. The dasher was rude, and brought me the wrong food. He needed that tip more than I. He told me to contact bww because they gave him the wrong food. That was a lie. When I spoke to the GOAT Joe, he made sure to fix any and ALL issues. He even went as far as bringing my order to my front door!! Greatly appreciated!! One thing is for sure there ARE still GREAT people out there. Joe exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond. Thank you Joe! I will most definitely be ordering again!

  First and last time I will ever order from here!!! Ordered Nashville hot chicken tenders and it tasted just like Tyson Buffalo tenders from the grocery store. Wish I never ordered and wasted $23.👎👎👎👎 Tyson chicken from store $8.99

  Dine-in I havent been to this place since its opened and I wasnt impressed by the wings back then but at the time I was the only one in my family that like wings so no ever wanted to go. Until my 18 yr asked if we ever been here pointing to the restaurant and I said yes but you were little so you probably dont remember he asked if we could go I didnt see the big deal so said sure. Yeah thats a regret now. Walked in and no one greeted us or even acknowledged that we were standing there for a good 15 minutes. And the place only had maybe 3 tables filled at the time. A waitress finally sees that we were standing there and says oh I'll go get the hostess. Then, waited another 10 minutes for the hostess to decide to be at his post. No, hello, no greeting, no nothing. Just how many and threw us to the first table? Then I had to wait about 10 minutes for the bartender, who was more worried about chatting with co-workers than paying attention to the bar or to the tables that she had to wait on So she took our drinks Eventually, she came back to take her order. Food took 30 mins to get to the table. Mind you, it was an appetizer, and some wings, and everything was brought together. I'll state this, I think Domino's mango haberano sauce is better and cheaper . BWW mango hibernate is all heat theres no balance between the mango and haberno. So what's we're done eating, I tried to get the waitress's attention again. Because again, chatting with co-workers and flirting with a guy at the bar is more important than paying attention to her tables and the other patrons at the bar, trying for a 1 an hour to get the bill in a box. Could I had 2 meals by the by the time I got out of this place anywhere else.Then, I waited another almost 20-25 minutes before I got the box and bill. Don't ever ever have to worry about me coming back again. Also, don't bother buying any alcoholic drinks. It's just an overpriced watered down, juice drink.if i go out with my son no I dont want to be buzzed but you can tell when no liquor is put into a drink either and for $9 I should of tasted something. Bill came out alil under $62 and that should of been $10-20 tip for the waitress, yea if you ignore me and my cup is empty majority of the time Im there, even if I only have 1 alcoholic drink, I do switch to soda, tea, or water would of raised the bill abit gauranteed a bigger tip. That didnt occur, when people cry how servers dont get paid enough, well put alil effort in be alil friendly dont ignore the tables, know how to encourage up-charges.
