  I stopped in for the first time for some lunch, and it was great. I ordered a single build your own burger with fries and a drink. Ordering was easy, service was excellent, and the food was amazing. The burger and topping were fresh, burger was hot, and cooked perfectly. Much better than fast food. I will be back!

  Blonde lady at register really weird, kept staring customers in the eyes while they were eating and other worker sitting down on phone while tables in the lobby were dirty.

  Refused to take a coupon specifically for this restaurant, listed by name and address on the coupon. Buy an adult meal, get a free kids meal. Someone came over and said "our management says we don't accept coupons any more, sorry". Couldnt even look me in they eye when they told me. Am I supposed to return the coupon back to where I bought it from and ask them for my money back? Would give zero stars if I could.

  I like the food they serve here at schnecksville Wayback. Most of the time they serve good warm well made food, that comes out within 10 minutes. It’s not a fast food restaurant so people shouldn’t expect their food to be out in 5 minutes! I have waited for a longer time before when they were busy but the staff let us know that it might take a bit longer which I appreciated. Iv been coming here since I was a child and I love the new seasonal items they get. My favorite meal to get it the Brownie Shake, reg fry with cheese sauce and mayo, and the Cajun Burger single patty. The place stays pretty clean and the staff are nice. I’ve had some people serve me that were not great and then I came back a month later and they didn’t work there anymore, so I guess they were just a thorn in a field of flowers. I think you should give this place a try, it’s great for family’s. 9/10 Keep it up!
