- KBKelly Ball3 days ago1.0When we first got there the lady running register was arguing with a customer. I placed a 50 dollar order and my food got messed up. So I had to wait for one thing to be remade while the rest of my food got cold. And they completely lost my daughter's order had to remake it so my food gets even colder. I'm not impressed and will not recommend this location nor visit it anymore. They are a joke.

To our surprise, they were all out of chicken at KFC. I really can't understand how KFC of all places is out chicken. Obviously this is standard operating practices there, because she simply told us they were out without a care in the world. I really feel your corporate office needs to be more involved at the store level. With the cost of everything today, that is a sure way to lose loyal customers.

The lobby was closed, so I tried to call and no answer. I got back into the drive thru that was very long. I continue to try and call while I waited 30 minutes to get to mic. I told them what I was missing and they said continue forward. Took another 15 minutes to get to the window. Got home to find some of the items were wrong. Definitely do not recommend.
