  Friday night understaffed mobile apps drive through is always convenient ways but I have to wait a half an hour for my order when I'm here beyond ridiculous employees are rude this place needs new management

  This is my hometown McDonald's and it's the worst one I've ever been too. I waited a half hour in the drive thru after placing my order. The food was cold. They never get your order right either... Horrible

  Slow service, milk shake machine broke but they served over cream to other customers after!!! They did not adjust my total for the milkshakes I didn't get, so I paid 5. 00 for a glass of water and a small sprite. No condiments given or available for self service. The happy meal apple slices were also spoiled. Don't waste your time and money. This place should be shut down or have some management that knows how to run a business 😞

  Dear McDonald's Management, I am writing to share my wonderful experience at your restaurant on March 19th, 2026, at approximately 5:03 p.m. The manager on duty at that time was incredibly kind and understanding. It has been a long time since I felt so valued as a customer at a McDonald's. It feels wonderful to encounter staff members who truly care about helping others and making every customer smile.   Food is 50/50 at being correct what you ordered. Also make sure your fry boxes are full. Multiple times I have recieved a half full large fry box and at nearly $5 that is completely unacceptable. Wait times inside the store are also absolutely insane as the drive thru gets all the attention. Let's not talk about the drive thru at night because of how understaffed this location is either. 40+ minute wait times inside and in the drive thru some nights even more inconvenient when doing door dash.
