  Ordered through the drive thru and once I got home noticed we were missing several items. Drove back to collect the missing items. The lobby was closed, so I tried to call and no answer. I got back into the drive thru that was very long. I continue to try and call while I waited 30 minutes to get to mic. I told them what I was missing and they said continue forward. Took another 15 minutes to get to the window. Got home to find some of the items were wrong. Definitely do not recommend.

  I have been to nearly every taco bell across country. Sayre you are by far the worst. You make people with 40+ min in your drive thru line. Just to have every order have missing items. I called and ask if you please could bring out another gordita as we ordered two and only received one. I was told yes just to pull by front doors. Waited again 15+ minutes for nothing. At this point I have left. 55+ minutes for 3 cars to get food is crazy. I hope yoyr renovations or whatever that has your lobby closed helps you guys get better cause you suck. Thank you for making my most favorite food my most hated. Welcome back to the valley 🤣

  This is a great KFC/TACO BELL! Whenever my Daughter and I, go to this area for groceries at the Athens Walmart, we always stop here for our food to take home. We usually use the drive through, but sometimes if my older grandchildren are with us, we go inside to order. Like any restaurant, if you go at meal time it’s going to be busy, which shows that people like going here! The employees are always very helpful, friendly and professional, no matter how busy they are. The choices of menu items is great, and so is the food.

  Went there tonight and ordered a steak chalupa box with no sour cream on any of it. Got home and opened a chicken chalupa full of sour cream. Took it back since their phone lines were busy and I couldn't get through to call. The girl refused to remake any of it except the chalupa then proceeded to hold it out the drive through window in my face to show me there wasn't any sour cream on it. After I spoke up she then got the manager who said he couldn't remake it he could write my name in a book for a future time. So after paying for dinner there I then had to go elsewhere and spend more money for dinner elsewhere since they refused to make it right. Worst service everytime I go there not sure why I continue to go back. This place really should have been shut down 20 years ago.
