- MAmubi abbasDec 10, 20251.0Wanted only 2 chocolate chip cookies however no employees were available to take order. One employee was busy cleaning soda dispenser with back towards customers and didnt bother looking back for 10 minutes even when i was calling on her. When she finally turned around I asked for assistance and she said she couldnt help and had to call the cashier who was inside the store not to be found. So I left without placing my order. I am a provider at guthrie rph. This was at 5pm and my night shift was at 5:30. I do not have time to wait around 10 extra minutes just for someone to take my order. This is absolutely ridiculous. No customer service.
