Lo and behold I don't receive a mocha. Usually they get my order right but this is quite a bad mess up. I am kind of assuming that they don't train their cashiers properly and maybe the espresso machine was down?

Unacceptable

This is not just me I have brought three other people with me and they all complained about their coffee being terrible also. Also the staff is always on the rude side. Over a year's time btw.

I’d be more sympathetic if my order was delayed due to being busy but no it’s sheer laziness! Management needs to really do a better job I understand this is a low paying position but you still have to work! It’s not hard kiddos if you can’t handle a job like this then you won’t be able to handle a full time professional job
