    Can't keep employees, most of the time your waiting in the drive through 15-30 minutes and it happens more often than not

    On ap order placed . Boss Paid for a large Matcha and received a medium. Ordered medium ice coffee and received a large. The Place was busy And the workers seemed stressed. My fault that i didn't check to see if it was right. ( I know better), however, I asked if it was right and the lady told me yes. So I just took it. This is Not the first time this has happened, I have had similar problems in the past with orders at the Elmira Street store-in drive threw. Keystone ave Manager should go over and help. I have never had a problem there.
