  I was rather impressed how fast the drive through was. I was expecting to wait a good 10/15 minutes because the line was long, as they usually are. After a procedure at Guthrie I was in need of my favorite Dunkin beverage so I was prepared to wait. Not even 5 minutes in the line and we were on our way . Best part was, the made my frozen hot chocolate with cream not milk, no whipped cream and add a turbo absolutely perfect! I'd definitely recommend this Dunkin not only were they fast and accurate, they were NICE!! Best one ive visited so far! Thanks Dunkin, you made my day !

  Dear, Dunkin Doughnuts Manager I am writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Dunkin' store. On March 18th, 2026, at approximately 7:49 PM, I arrived at this location only to be informed that it was already closed. It is frustrating to find the business shut down 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled closing time, especially considering the current cost of gas and the distance customers may travel to visit your establishment. I do not believe it is fair to your customers or the brand for employees to close early. This practice is quite discouraging for those who rely on your stated hours of operation. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure more consistent service in the future. Best regards, Robert Kelley

  I came here because I've given up on the incompetent clowns on Elmira street, but this place is no better. It's one step up from Elmira street because here you have a 50/50 chance of getting your order made correctly. The employees at Elmira street won't even fill your order! They are on another planet over there. But literally every single time I order something online at Keystone there is an issue at pick-up. Usually they don't have the item, but I believe they don't want to actually make food items. They'd rather just pour coffee. Lazy. The person offered me a bagel, instead of the sandwich. I told them to toast it. I guess that is too much work because she didn't bother to toast it. You have management that doesn't make sure items are stocked, and/or employees that say they are out of the items.

  Ordered avocado toast with bacon. Bacon was raw, bread was not toasted. Soggy bread with avocado and raw bacon on it is what I got. Not edible! They forgot my coffee. Then had to ask for cream. And it is dirty!
