  Me and my friend just got done eating Domino’s. We brought some leftovers to McDonald’s set it on the table. And we went to go buy two small drinks and two ice creams and they told us no because we had dominoes sitting at the table and they were not allowing us to buy drink drinks, although I was super super thirsty

  The McDonald’s in St. Marys is the WORST FAST FOOD PLACE EVER!!!! And it is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life!!!! This has gotten drastically worse in the last 3 years. Tonight we ordered 4 meals, our fries were as hard as a rock, it was literally disgusting. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and only had one cheeseburger, math isn’t hard. A couple months ago I went through and ordered one cheeseburger with extra pickles, I left and opened my burger and I had NO BURGER PATTY AND NO PICKLES!!!!! I had a bun with cheese and ketchup! And the workers are absolutely rude and horrible to try to talk to. I can’t believe that they haven’t been investigated yet for how awful they are.

  All I can say is wow for how terrible the service is here.. every aspect just terrible. Expect to wait 40 minutes for a couple of meals when its not even busy

  Okay if I could leave -100 stars at this point I would. Third time’s a charm…I have to finally say BEWARE this place SUCKS! It’s the worse McDonald’s in the area! THE WORSE IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!!! First time I ordered breakfast on the app waited in the drive through I was 1 min after 10:00am they wouldn’t give me the breakfast I said fine just give me a McDouble and the coffee I’m starving I’ve gotta go back to work. They made me pull over where I waited…&waited and waited to the point I’d be late going back to work on my break! I went in demanded a refund the manager was there-amazing I atleast got the coffee and McDouble only after being given the cheaper coffee I didn’t order during my second order…I never did get refunded on the app for breakfast. I went a few months later craving a crappy fast food lunch I ordered again 30m prior to getting there- well I waited 45m before asking for a refund d/t having to get back to work. A woman with swollen red hands and glasses was SO NASTY to me and gave me a refund but all while throwing a fit over doing so to the point she messaged my co worker with me and apologized for her behavior..Here we are months later…my daughter really wanted breakfast before her cheer competition in Saint Mary’s. I waited over 35m for my order watching the drive through be served before me…finally I asked a worker who was checking himself out for his break can you please help me?! I HAVE TO GO! He said flat…”NO” he waited in line got his food before everyone else because he went to the kitchen and got it!!!!!!! after ONE HOUR I got my order missing 1/2 of what I ordered then fought like hell to get my missing items again from the dark haired, glasses swollen red hands thin woman who works the visible drive through window from the counter. Again everyone besides me being waited on! This is the short version of the following horrific experiences at this place! They truly need to close and revamp! It’s prime location being before all the other fast food joints but my goodness are they ever struggling! I posted on my fb complaining and seen where they were giving big Mac’s without the burgers….come on…..times are tough and McDonald’s is not cheap. This is ridiculous!

  Worst service in all of St Mary’s. Period. I have several stories to highlight how poor this place is run. First off, they couldn’t get food served slower. I’ve had times when I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple meal. The staff has no sense of urgency, even in their busiest moments. Especially as someone who doordashes, it’s extremely frustrating. I could pick up and deliver two or three separate orders before I could even deliver one McDonalds order, costing me time I could be making money. The staff is also not helpful. I went in the other day, and witnessed a family use a kiosk that didn’t have a receipt printed. When they asked a worker, the worker said, “Yeah, it does that” and not ask anyone else for assistance. The family was visibly confused by the response and just ignored it. Another occasion, waiting for my DoorDash order, a watched a woman in the back eat a fry out of someone’s fry order. The food is cooked fine, but don’t waste your time here. Wendy’s or Burger King is a much better alternative.
