  everything is out of stock. I don’t understand why all of these workers are here and most of the shelves are empty. really?!

  i never write reviews but i have to this time… looks as if most of the staff now are MISERABLE & just play around it seems & it also looks as if they sit around & just talk about the customers & laugh all day doing nothing. reminds me of high school, grow up & do your job, get serious about your work & stop sitting around being lazy jeez. acme is definitely my new go to place for food shopping. sorry not sorry but staff just makes me not want to shop here.

  I came here a couple days ago to get a cake decorated. I asked the guy if he could write something on the cake and he said he couldn’t do it. He was just sitting there on his phone the whole time doing nothing anyway so I don’t understand why he couldn’t do it. Giant never used to be like this.

  It's a chain grocery store and that economic niche is pretty well understood by now. This particular venue is kind of at the end of a non-euclidian strip mall and the feeling of a giant maze continues inside. You'll find most of what you expect to find as well as a few regional things and some missing things that are de rigueur in other regions. The prices are probably in line with the cost of living 'round here, but I still manage to be shocked which is probably why I should stick to a strict shipping list. Staff are pleasant and enthusiastic and helpful. Plenty of parking. It's fine. It's a grocery store, it's pretty much what you should expect. Everything a modern home needs in the way of consumables.

  This Giant is useless. I've been shopping here for 5 years and they decide to take out the Starbucks. Great. Then they decide to take out the pharmacy and all the pharmacy related items, like makeup. Oh and the closest Rite Aide is gone so I get to sit in traffic. What did they replace the Starbucks and pharmacy with? Kids toys! Because a grocery store is the exact place for those items!
