  A bit pricey but honestly worth it. The burgers and shakes are great, they all taste amazing and authentic. Shakes are perfect consistency and ideal for the advertised flavor. The vibe really does feel like the modern version of the classic 50's diner. Clean, comfortable restaurant and friendly crew. I Also like that the burger making process is visible.

  6:52pm on 4/12/26 - This is my neighborhood store and have ordered before. I tried to alert the guy who answered that my milkshake delivered taster funny, like plastic. I was very kind and explained that it’s never happened before but I thought it was important to call them. He said he was going to take no action, that the supervisor wasn’t there at the time and then hung up on me. If staff there are not trained on food safety then I simply won’t eat there. If something went wrong with the equipment and he was unwilling to evaluate and instead hung up after I was super nice, then this place needs to hire people that are more educated and caring. I’m literally appalled and will be following up. I will probably call local health authorities to ensure safety/practices. I didn’t ask for anything, not even a refund. I just want him to look into it but he hung up on me.

  Never the common retail courtesy to say "Thank you" to a customer. They just plunked the tray down at my table without a word. Was served a burger where the cheese wasn't even melted. For the prices this place charges these days, a little courtesy and quality wouldn't hurt. 2/4/26 around 2:20pm.

  ordered the $8 box... meat had aftertaste. burger seemed small and the order of fries fries was not very generous at all. very disappointed
