  Never the common retail courtesy to say "Thank you" to a customer. They just plunked the tray down at my table without a word. Was served a burger where the cheese wasn't even melted. For the prices this place charges these days, a little courtesy and quality wouldn't hurt. 2/4/26 around 2:20pm.

  ordered the $8 box... meat had aftertaste. burger seemed small and the order of fries fries was not very generous at all. very disappointed

  I appreciate that Wayback gets your order correct, every time. No matter how fussy you are, they deliver. Thank you! With that said, the burger patties are clearly low-grade frozen hamburger (+soy filler) patties from US Foods or SYSCO. But at least they always follow my instructions to build my burger. The fries are much better than most area restaurants or pizza joints that do that nasty lumpy fry-batter thing which is a hallmark of cheap frozen food. Wayback’s fries might also be frozen, but they’re just like the yummy boardwalk fries from Mack & Manco’s. And whatever dip you request, they’ll provide. This might be important to some people. So, I give Wayback 4/5 because they follow directions and don’t succumb to having trash fries (even tho the burger patties are garbage).

  Gross mega frozen french fries. Bourbon burger had A LOT of Dijon on it and also tasted gross. Not pleased.

  Way back burgers is great hands down. My favorite place for burgers, cheap, quick, good vibes, and delicious. Service is comparably a bit worse here but it’s not as though I can particularly complain about it. Still incredible and it’s not like service is bad but not better than they need to be. Awesome place!
