My 13oz ribeye had 9oz of fat... "fat is flavor" yes fat is flavor if seared and cooke properly so it melts in your mouth like butter.. this was unseared, uncooked, cold fat... NASTY! My 93 year old grandfather with cataracts, one arm, and dementia could have trimmed and cooked a better steak with an unplugged microwave, and a playdough knife. I will never ever return to this establishment, stay awayyyyy! DO NOT EAT HERE!

Secondly I asked for more water, implied for my husband and I bc we had empty glasses for more than 10 mins. Another server dropped our steaks and he finally brought ONE glass of water until we were already done eating. Lastly, I ordered a medium well steak and he gave me well done. I was already so upset at this point, I just didn't bother to say anything. Was going to get our favorite dessert and our server was nowhere to be found. For being completely disappointed that was the worst $95 I have ever spent. Not one thing went well but filling our water glasses that were basically empty after eating bread/ right when our app was dropped basically told me our server didn't care at all about us. Atmosphere at a 2 because there were dirty tables everywhere, not a good look and made our experience not as enjoyable eating next to dirty tables. Worst experience I've ever had in my life going out to eat. Probably never ever going back here again.

We also appreciate the value and the reliability of the offerings/menu. Timing is prompt, and we typically leave with leftovers. We have been visiting for years (10+ ?), and we have always left completely satisfied. I should also mention the integrity of their to-go orders. From receiving these, bagged up neatly and with all the provisions, to opening them at home and serving them. Exemplary. Thank you everyone!
