We asked to get the cup for our meal and this lady replied in a rude voice “I’ll get to it when I get to it”. That’s unacceptable behavior to treat your customers and the cups were right behind her. Then we asked again and she said the same thing.

awful service! they never let you get fully through you order before saying pull through and they never give you your full meal. then they act like it’s your problem which is insane. tell me why i have to tell them they got my order wrong then make it home for one of my sandwiches to not be in the bag. Just last week i went there and sat in the drive through for 5 minutes and then got told to wait a minute while multiple people went through the other drive through. then had to go inside and tried to order on the self serve which wouldn’t work. then went to the counter and stood there for another 5 minutes before someone actually helped me. i will not be going back.

I suppose customer service is dead. It’s one thing if the customer is wrong. Nevertheless, it’s quite another when the establishment is wrong and messes up. This establishment messed up my orders not once, but twice. There was no apology and the manager was not nice about the entire situation. She in no way wanted to make it right. I am suspecting because this is a franchise, they feel they do not have to treat the customer right.
