I visited the store on 11/9/25 as I wanted to get donuts for my family that I was visiting in the area. Walked in, the kiosk was down. Stood at the counter and could see the employees were busy with the drive through. Finally an employee came up to the counter, only to remove order tickets from the printer...no eye contact, didn't even say "someone will be right with you". My family warned me of this location...now I know why.

There is an extreme language barrier here and after repeating my coffee order three different times, and confirming, they still made the wrong order. When I mentioned at the window that my order was still wrong the young woman yelled at me and said "OH SO NOW YOU WANT TO CHANGE IT A FOURTH TIME!" I ended up just driving off as I'm not spending $4 bucks on an incorrect cup of coffee. I don't know why it's hard to understand two creams and one sugar with french vanilla, but the rudeness of the staff told me I could not trust them to not mess with my order. Skip this location.
