- AAAdamFeb 26, 20261.0Came here for dinner between 5-6pm. The food looked like what you would expect it to look like 5 minutes before closing. Chicken was dried out, some of the container were even empty and weren’t being replenished. Portion of protein and rice was horrible. I asked for more and got barely a pinch more. The chipotle in Reading is 100 times better. For what you’re charging for a bowl here, be more generous with the portions and freshen up your food while you’re at it!

Went in store and was told I have to pay $5 to get my gauc(cost 2.95) and I already ordered a $20 burrito bowl. My new burrito bowl had so much hair in it I'm convinced someone is shaving in the kitchen.

I was a few minutes early and I got told that I needed to come back that I was too early. I was five minutes early and usually they have your food ready. There was no one behind me if there was I would have pulled around and went around again. Why couldn’t I just wait there until it was finished?? I was a few minutes early. They were acting like I was a half a hour early.The attitude was definitely uncalled for. The portions at this chipotle are not accurate compared to other chipotle’s. Hardly any guacamole, cheese lettuce, etc. Highly wouldn’t recommend
