  Wow they really dropped the ball today for the Eagles game. Placed an order at 3:20 for pickup at 4:20 before the 4:30 kickoff. Got there at 4:25 and found the place packed with people waiting for their orders. After waiting around for 35 minutes I start asking people how long they waited. The store was running 1 hour behind. I asked for a refund and went to Philly Steaks & Wings. Very disappointing. I Don’t understand how the app let them overbook so badly.

  I called and placed an order. I was told the wait time would be an hour. I arrived after an hour and 10mins. Stood there waiting another 30mins and my order still wasn’t ready. Other people there waiting canceled their order and left. I did the same. The service was terrible and unapologetic. The staff didn’t care that people were waiting for long periods of time.

  So overall, food is AMAZING. I am assuming the gentleman is the manager there as he's been there both times I've been in. Very nice. I went it must have been like a soft opening weekend. Order via the app. Food was done perfect and quick. Today though 1/9. I order again via app. Again no issue. But ordered around 4:40 in the evening. Got there the place was HOPPING! WHICH IS AWESOME WE NEED A GOOD WING PLACE. So I knew there'd be a wait. But I waited I think 45 minutes to almost an hour as I walked out with my food in hand at 5:35ish. I wasn't too disappointed. But, they weren't staffed for a Friday night. They had the manager, and then two cooks, which the manager seemed to be teaching as well. Which is why the slowness. I got home. Food was delicious. Just two things. I think I got original hot instead of original buffalo, in my little 20 bundle with fries. The fries and seasoning were delicious! I ordered two celery. This is where my dinner went down the tubes...the celery was SO OLD it had that like nasty liquid water you get when you leave veggies in the fridge too long. Definitely unacceptable for a place that's been open what this is probably the 2nd real weekend. You shouldn't have bad food. I recommend going through the veggies immediately and sanitizing the drawers and getting new veggies. It was truly disgusting and disheartening. Now I will of course come back and I am hoping for a better outcome. As the manager is super nice (you could see his stress tonight poor guy) and the first group of "kids" back during the soft opening were amazing and thorough. You got this guy's! On a total side note. You need more seating and music playing.

  I recently visited here for some wings and my gosh were they amazing they were hot crispy and the sauce was excellent. I never knew about bww having good burgers but it was the best burger I’ve had in my entire life. The workers there were amazing also and very kind the place was clean and organized and overall an amazing experience very much recommend to come here and I will come back for more!!!!

  Recently opened and was told to download the app to order for delivery. Finally go to do it and schedule a delivery for a few hours later. Not only did the order not come it got canceled with NO NOTIFICATION or refund communications, not even a call to see about modifying or offering alternatives. Now we have to figure something else out but our event and dinner was already ruined by this. Way to lose a customer before even being able to try anything.
