  Incorrect order. Employees showed no interest in making it right. Worse, they were obnoxious about it.

  The staff at this Duncan donuts is the nastiest that ive ever experienced. We questioned a missing item on the order and the response was “go back to the kiosk and look”. The kiosk clearly has a program issue that allows for missing the hash browns on the $6 meal deal. No matter - the rudeness was OVER THE TOP. Check your bag before leaving the drive thru window .

  Ordered Dunkin through DoorDash. I got an Iced Chai Latte and it has coffee in it? In case you didn’t know what a Chai Latte is, it DOESN’T include coffee. I called them and the woman had a thick accent I didn’t really understand, and she told me to just come back. I Doordashed my order though, so no I won’t be going. I’d also like to mention the last time I was in there, there were ants everywhere.

  They yelled at me at the window for doing a mobile order 20 seconds before getting to the speaker. I asked what the difference was and he told me I have a big mouth. They were so rude never going back

  I go to Dunkin’ Donuts daily for the same order. Yesterday I had to go back for my coffee and today I received the wrong donuts. The guy at the speaker is always rushing and I constantly have to repeat things to him. I went back to get the right donuts and he immediately started blaming me saying I need to speak up I talk to low. Mind you if I needed to speak up fine but you should have said that when I was ordering and never assumed what you heard. Either way I needed my son’s donuts replaced. I got to the window and he was still trying to argue with me. At this point I’m frustrated I slam the items on the counter and ask for my money back. He said don’t slam things I told him to just give me my money and he refused. I was going to leave but I decided to go inside he was still arguing blaming me and I didn’t get my money or the items as they have the original items back including my coffee. I have him on recording and I plan to file a lawsuit as he humiliated me not obese but twice a in front of employees and customers. I attempted to call police but the 911 operator was rude I was frustrate and was already running late to get my child ready for school a few towns over. I never received my money back for the items they have back and I called to get corporates number but it wasn’t provided to me.
