  I called placed an order online on Tuesday and it was ready right on time and still tasted fresh by the time I got to my house. The staff was very friendly and I don’t understand any of these low reviews. This location is great and I’m sure to be back!

  everything was great until i had to order my food face to face. The person I was talking to had a very thick accent and it took me around 10 minutes to order a small order due to a language barrier. He was also sitting in the lobby doing nothing? Doesn't make much sense. Other than that the food was alright. I still dont understand what the man was saying to this day.

  Very nice people that runs this place. They have a few spots to sit but mostly take out. The first time I ordered they messed up my order. I usually give someone 3 strikes. The 2nd time they were much better. Place is good and I like the deals they have. The workers here are very professional and generous.

  If I hold give this zero stars I would, but I can’t so I give it a one. I ordered the two hand burger through uber eats. There was a strand of hair inside the patty! That same day I placed an uber eats request for my refund and I never heard anything back from them until today! They told me they couldn’t give me a refund because I didn’t report this 48 hours after happening? So 1. I didn’t get to enjoy my meal 2. There was hair in it 3. I had stomach pain later throughout the day 4. I never got my refund.

  First off, whoever gave me all drumsticks on my 10 piece order should be fired. Yall have a $1 charge option for all flats or all drums and I didn’t select either, yet got the snicklefritz of wing selections. Appreciate that. Originally I thought my other issues were with GH or DoorDash, but it’s gotta be the store. If you order wings you are REQUIRED to select dipping sauce or carrots/celery for $1 more. Can’t event say no thanks on either, you are required to purchase this $1 add on side which gets into legality issues with false advertising on the price in the app. It’s that way on both apps meaning BWW2G set it up that way. My food was also cold by the time it got to me, not really on the store as much as GH, but a store that cares would’ve remade the food knowing sitting on the counter for a half hour isn’t really how customers want to eat their food. But the all drums thing is the real kicker. Whoever did that can take a long walk off a short cliff imo. Also, you can’t customize your items at all with instructions. So even though I like my wing fried crispy, you cannot change that all all
