Did not even taste like a cinnamon crunch bagel. Fast forward to today, I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt. Something felt off because the teenagers working in the kitchen were just chatting and laughing the entire time. They barely put any chipotle mayo , hardly any chicken. The piece of chicken they did put was terrible with juice leaking. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. And they also did not put a side of chips in my bag like I had ordered. Shame on this horrible Panera bread and all the workers not taking their job seriously. Waste of time, food, and money. The Panera bread at Wexford location is amazing and actually takes their priorities seriously. I would never recommend this place to anyone even if I was paid to!

You can tell the dinner salads aren't the volume they used to be; they skimp on everything from the lettuce to the dressing. Yet their prices have gone up. There's literally only enough food to fill half your bowl. This used to be a great place to pick up a healthier dinner on the way home from work. Not anymore.
