After about 30 minutes of retries, I managed to initiate a chat with an agent... that left me hanging for 3 hours. When I reched back with a message, it showed that an agent had closed the chat... well, that speaks a lot.

Minimal checkout staff, no baggers, so even the self checkout lanes are ultra slow. I must have spent thousands of dollars there over the last few years, but I won't be back. Note to the Giants cooperation: If you want me to ring up and bag 200+ dollars worth of groceries myself, you will have to pay me.

I came in today to get groceries and it was already very busy as is I was walking through an isle and a kid with blonde hair who works in giant direct was blocking it so I waited then he proceeded to stand there scanning things while blocking the isle I said excuse me nothing he didn’t move so a lot loud I said excuse me again still nothing other people tapped him on the shoulder telling him he’s blocking the way and he didn’t move it was honestly so inconsiderate and they should maybe tell him how to make space for other people. I will not be back
